Kelly, Financial Coordinator
Kelly joined Bussick Orthodontics in July 1999. She has had the opportunity to see the practice grow and how it has changed the lives of numerous patients by providing them with a beautiful smile. As the Financial Coordinator, she specializes in patient accounts. Kelly and her husband Rick enjoy time with their two children Alex and Carsyn.

Laurel, Scheduling Coordinator
Laurel joined Bussick Orthodontics in May 2004. She and her husband, Greg, were married in 1980. They have four children; Rachael, Kristy, Colt, and Tessa. Laurel loves being the one who welcomes families into our office every day.

Lolly, Treatment Coordinator
Lolly has been with Bussick Orthodontics since 2005, but has felt privileged to work in the medical field for over 15 years. Lolly loves interacting with all the patients and helping them begin their journey to a beautiful new smile. She and her husband enjoy camping, and sports. Their favorite pastime is watching their daughter play volleyball.

Rhonda started working at Bussick Orthodontics in 2003 after seven years in the medical field. She has been married for 30+ years and has been blessed with seven children, Her family has grown now to include the next generation, her grandchildren. She enjoys all aspects of life and especially bringing smiles to faces here in the office.

Melissa has worked in the orthodontic field since 2000 and has enjoyed working for Bussick Orthodontics since 2005. She and her husband live in Ft. Wayne. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, and being outdoors. She loves being part of a team that creates beautiful smiles.

Jessica has worked for Bussick Orthodontics since May 2007. She was born and raised in Ossian and still lives there with her husband. Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is seeing the great end result and bright smiles.

Michele started with Dr. Bussick in 2000 after eight years of working for two local pediatricains. She and her husband, Tom, have four children. They enjoy gardening, golf and watching sports. Michele enjoys working with patients and watching transformations of their smiles.

Elaina had worked in orthodontics for six years before joining Bussick Orthodontics in 2007. Elaina and Randy love to travel and spend time with their son Elijah. Elaina enjoys meeting a lot of the new patients at Dr. Bussick’s office and watching their smiles transform.

Denise joined the Bussick team in May 2000. Denise and her husband, Mike, live in Ft. Wayne with their two children, Molly and Max. Denise enjoys being a part of a team that creates beautiful smiles.

Chrisy, Orthodontic Assistant
Chrisy started her dental career in 1987. She began working in orthodontics in 1999 and joined the Bussick team in 2006. She and John have been married since 2000 and are active in their local church. Chrisy coaches the Ft. Wayne Central YMCA swim team, and runs a learn to swim program. She homeschools her daughter, Hayley. Working in orthodontics gives her the opportunity to be a positive influence on young people. She enjoys being a part of a major change in people’s lives.

Tracy, Records Technician
Tracy has re-located to Ft. Wayne from the Chicagoland area. She has worked for Dr. Bussick since 2007. She has a son, Nicholas, and daughter, Madeline. She helps patients feel at ease at their first appointment and sees the wonderful results and excitement as they finish treatment.

Bambi, Lab Technician
Bambi started working as a lab technician in 2004 and joined the Bussick team in 2006. She currently resides in Zanesville with her husband and two children. As a lab technician she makes appliances that help our patients achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile.
