Fees and Payment Policy

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees affordable while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:

• If full payment is received at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.  If you have insurance, the discount will be applied to the portion of the fee that is not covered by insurance.
• To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments interest fee over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
• For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, VIA, Master Card and Discover

Insurance

Many dental insurance plans now include orthodontic benefits.  For your convenience, our staff will verify your coverage, file your claim, and make every effort to maximize your benefits.

We regret that we are unable to file with Medicaid or file medical claims for TMJ patients; however, we will give you and documentation needed to assist you in filing the claim yourself.

Automatic Payment Options

As a convenience to our patients, we offer automatic credit card debit services as well as automatic checking or savings account deductions.  This service is offered at no additional cost to you.  Let electronic payment services simplify your life!
